Sherwin Williams Color Forecast 2022
Every year, Sherwin Williams releases four color palettes and 40 paint colors based on global trends in style and design. These colors help push and guide designers and homeowners alike in their projects. From furniture style to paint selections, the color forecast is an exciting preview of the coming year’s trends.
Last year, the colors told the story of the need to find sanctuary in the home while exploring technology and the virtual world. This year, the focus has shifted, much as we have. We have grown and transitioned into our new daily rhythms; we collectively feel more optimistic about the days ahead. This year’s collection, “Mode,” is focused on treasuring each transition that comes and the idea that “nothing is permanent; all is ever-changing… We settle into a new way of being, a new kind of doing, fulling embracing the style of the moment.” We have looked at each color palette and paired flooring and tile that compliments each.
