Table Rock Lake
A modern take on Table Rock Lake designed by John Greenhaw with One Of A Kind. This home was completely remodeled by Schaeffer-Mitchell Construction in Kimberling City, MO. Beautiful sawmarked French Oak hardwood flooring throughout the entire home with carpet in the basement bedrooms. The bathrooms and showers were completed with a simple, modern gray tile accented with pebble mosaics. Textured brick looking subway tiles were installed behind the master tub and kitchen backsplash.
Villages at Wicklow
This custom built home by MGM Properties in Nixa, MO was designed by Ellecor Design and features hand-sculpted hardwood floors throughout the entire main level, a decorative fireplace surround in the master bedroom, and brick floor tile in the utility room. Luxury vinyl plank flooring is installed in the basement along with a cut loop patterned carpet in the theater room.
Clean lines, modern finishes and a plaid tile shower made this Built By Brett home one of a kind. Designed by Erica Lea Design Studios, this project features distressed, solid hardwood flooring throughout the main level, a marble slab backsplash in the kitchen and geometric patterned carpet in the master bedroom. The master shower has a striking design with plaid tile and brass accents.
We love the effect of this home's wire-brushed, random-width hardwood floors. The addition of area rugs gives the space a softened, cozy feeling.
The kitchen backsplash is a classic travertine mosaic that has a more contemporary feeling thanks to contrasting decorative accents. Large-format floor tiles tie every element together and make this kitchen space easy on the eye.
Every finish and decorative choice fit perfectly together to make this stunning traditional home feel fresh and inviting.
This new build by Elite Homes in Republic features a beautiful, bright, and airy design with bold accents. The home's main level is covered in blonde hardwood from Mohawk that carries up the staircase. Our favorite part of this home is the master bathroom. A hexagon marble tile floor leads you to a luxurious walk-in shower that uses various tile layouts and shapes to create visual interest. And, the bold blue herringbone vanity backsplash can't be missed.
The homeowners had an ornately patterned carpet installed throughout the bedrooms and office to add to this home's already traditional, old-world style. Lucid Ivy from Shaw was a perfect choice! The staircase is covered with a stunning stair runner from Karastan and pulls the filigree design from the carpet for a cohesive look.
Mid Century Remodel
This complete remodel designed by Erica Lea Design Studios features new, dark hardwood flooring throughout the home's main level. One of the most striking updates of this remodel is the brand-new fireplace with modern white tile and custom built-ins. The main level bathroom features a breathtaking graphic tile floor and a large format tile accent wall. The staircase to the lower level of the home is covered in a custom runner in Stroll by Anderson Tuftex.
Modern New Build
We floored and tiled a modern, custom new home in Springfield, MO. This home features Shaw White Oak Timber hardwood throughout and marble look tile in the bathrooms. The light-colored hardwood amplifies the brightness of the space, and gray mineral streaks and knots pull the gray from the glossy, ungulated tile backsplash in the kitchen. The master bathroom features an attractive custom shower with black Schluter accents and a mix of large format wall tiles that accentuate the grand size of this walk-in shower. The powder bathroom is just as striking as it is covered in a 3D wall tile.
Elite Homes model home for a southeast Springfield, MO residential community. This home features beautiful Mannington Bengal Bay multi-width hardwood floors that push open concept design by connecting the living room, dining space, and kitchen. The bright white subway tile backsplash brings a modern element to this traditional style home and seamlessly blends with the white cabinetry.
